About

I started my real estate career roughly 24 years ago in Indianapolis, Indiana.  I sold traditional real estate initially and then added REO business 3 years later.

During the down market in 2007, I moved to Miami and built a team of 7 agents, and together, we successfully sold 300-400 homes a year.

I lived in Miami for over 12 years listing REO properties and representing investors in addition to luxury buyers at a high level.

When the real estate market improved, I relocated to the Sarasota, Florida area.  When I moved to Sarasota, I didn’t know anyone and had to start my real estate business from scratch again!

I studied the local real estate market and evaluated the demographics, looked for opportunities, and also assessed who my competition was.  I also took a year off selling real estate and studied SEO, internet marketing, and drip campaigns.

In less than 5 years, I have built a successful business, with approximately 90% of my leads coming from internet marketing, blogging, and video.

I have sold over 2,300 homes and understand that your easiest day in real estate was yesterday

The real estate market is constantly changing, and we must identify and shift our businesses ahead of the curve.

I recently obtained my Florida Real Estate Instructors license and know it is time to give back to the real estate community.

I want to share what I have learned and pay it forward.

Being a proactive business owner is a stronger position than being reactive.
